ALL LOCATIONS OPEN MONDAY - FRIDAY
Pennsville Location: Open 7:30am - 5:30pm (6 weeks to 13 Years)
Penns Grove Location: Open 7:30am - 5:30pm (6 weeks to 13 Years)
Edgewater Location: Open 7:00am - 5:30pm (6 weeks to 5 Years)
We have security cameras inside and outside of both locations.
We use Brightwheel (an app) to effectively communicate with parents/family throughout the children’s day!
All staff are CPR/First Aide certified.

Hello!! I am Angelina Crispin and the Executive Director of Precious Time Child Development Centers. I obtained two Bachelors Degrees in Elementary and Early Childhood Education in 2002 from Widener University in Chester, PA. My early years in the ECE field were spent in a small center as a classroom aide, while attending college. I transitioned to a lead teacher in a corporate based childcare after graduation and eventually was promoted to a director position in 2007. In 2014, I was offered and accepted the opportunity to join the PTCDC team shortly before we opened our Penns Grove location and haven’t looked back since!
My high school sweetheart and I have been married for more than 20 years and have FOUR amazing children together! Brian (23), Morgan (19), Hayden (14) and Jaxon (4), we also have a great daughter in law McKensey (24) and a precious grandson Beau (3). In our spare time we enjoy spending time with family and friends, boating, fishing, camping, and anything else outdoors! We also LOVE giving back to the community whenever we can!
Children and families are my WHY, I strongly believe if we can positively impact the children/families we serve we are helping to make a positive impact on the society of the future!

Hello! My name is Kacie Handte and I have been Director of PTCDC’s Penns Grove location since we opened our doors in November of 2014! Before this time, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and continued on to achieve my Master’s Degree in Elementary and Secondary School Counseling both from Wilmington University. In addition to being Director, I am also the Head Teacher of our Preschool 1 classroom. I would say the best part of this job is absolutely the daily interactions with the families and the smiles on the kids faces every day! I also have 3 children of my own that have all gone through our program here at PTCDC! I am excited to see continue on this journey and see what great things are next for us!
I’m Shannan Forman the Head Teacher in the infant room/Assistant Director at the Penns Grove location. Since I was very young I have always had a passion to care for infants and young children. I am originally from Maryland but have lived in Pennsville with my family for the last 13 years. I am married and a mother of 6. I have been so blessed to be a part of this amazing team at Precious Time since 2015.

My husband and I have been married for almost 22 years and we have two amazing boys together, Anthony (19) and Andrew (18). In our spare time we enjoy spending time on the river, going to concerts, and taking mini staycations around Florida.
